REQUIRED SKILLS

We are seeking a senior director/manager of production operations in our data centers. ScanTheMarket.com hosts a number of high-visibility mission-critical Web-based systems that include browser based user interfaces and a large amount of back-end messaging between our solutions and those of our business partners. Position requires close coordination with Infrastructure Manager/Network Administrator.


Candidate must have 5-7 years+ experience managing a production technology environment, and must have experience in managing a staff.

YOUR FIRST 100 DAYS

• Become familiar with the ScanTheMarket.com infrastructure, products, methodologies.
• Coordinate with Infrastructure Manager to implement formalized production operating process/procedures.
• Coordinate with Infrastructure Manager on redundant data center build out.
• Complete implementation of disaster recover plan.
• Complete implementation of corporate data security plan.
• Establish relationships and operating procedures with messaging business partners.
• Manage day-to-day data center operations.
  

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• BS in Computer Science - Preferred
• Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) Strongly Preferred
• Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) Preferred
• At least three years experience as a network and workstation technician
